A life-long journey of self-discovery…

My unique educational, professional and healing arts background has brought me to a “Life Mastery” approach to personal coaching. Here, I take a holistic view of my clients’ goals and skill-building across the domains of mind, body, spirit and relationships.

Over the years, I have committed to learning and growing in my mindfulness and wellness practices; training widely to become a certified Life Coach and Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).

My coaching helps people deal more effectively with their life development goals and transitions.

I began my educational and work life in the art and academic world of museums, libraries, universities and professional associations. “Following my bliss” started with art history in college, and led to an early career at the J. Paul Getty Trust. There, I worked on many projects and travelled internationally. I also earned a Master’s Degree in Arts Administration and attained a PhD, studying Cultural Studies and History. As an independent scholar, I continue researching, writing and lecturing to share my knowledge of these fields.

Clients often seek coaching as they tackle the developmental challenges that go with meeting higher level needs, such as life direction or self-actualization. The first step is to work on clarifying your goals and putting them into the context of your life-long development.
